1987 - 1991

  • High School – St. Augustine High School, San Diego, California (Video)
  • Began wrestling – under the coaching guidance of Joseph Craig, Beau La Madrid, Moeses Pacheco, Jud White, and Armando Aguilar (Video)
  • 3x League Champion
  • San Diego City Champion (Video)
  • 2x California State Games Qualifier & Competitor (Video)
  • CIF Champion (Video)
  • 2x Junior Nationals Qualifier & Competitor
  • Bronze Medalist - State Championships, Greco-Roman
  • Silver Medalist - State Championships, Freestyle

1991 - 1994

  • Became an Independent Filmmaker (Writer, Producer, Director & Cinematographer)
  • Started Pink Future Productions film company
  • Served on development & testing team for Pro8 motion picture film under lead supervision of Phillip Vigeant, owner Super 8 Sound Systems
  • Wrote, produced & directed several independent films, commercials and music videos including:

1994 - 1995

  • While in pre-production to "Backyard" learned that a close friend and fellow wrestler,
    Willie James Jones, was murdered (Story)
  • Dedicated production to the memory of lost friend
  • Planned a festival/concert in memory of lost friend
  • Began advocacy against senseless acts of violence
  • Began facilitating personal development seminars
  • Began researching and developing life enhancement systems
  • Began one-on-one One Stop Therapy counseling
  • Developed Achievement By Design human potential process
  • Began Life Enhancement Systems

1995 - 1996

  • Developed the Living By Design human potential model
  • Came out of retirement to pursue Olympic dream after counseling with prior Coaches
  • Trained for 2 months prior to U.S. National Championships
  • Cut 22 lbs to compete at 105.5 lbs weight category at U.S. National Championships
  • Joined the elite Sunkist Kids Wrestling Club organization
  • Became an All-American at U.S. National Championships beating out the #5 ranked wrestler in the United States
  • Qualified for competition at Final U.S. Olympic Team Trials
  • 8th place – Final U.S. Olympic Team Trials
  • Continued researching and developing life enhancement systems
  • Continued speaking on human potential

1996 - 1997

  • Decided to pursue a spot on the 2000 U.S. Olympic Team
  • Sought out and found the best training environment the U.S. had to offer
  • Relocated to new training environment in Colorado Springs, Colorado (Video)
  • Developed the Experience By Design™ human potential technology
  • Began the 20USA00 research and development study (Later renamed CBD2k4)
  • Continued researching and developing life enhancement systems
  • Continued speaking on human potential (Video)

1998 - 2000

  • Trained full time at the U.S. Olympic Training Complex, Colorado Springs, Colorado with Olympic and World Champions and Medalists
  • Gained 25lbs of core mass to accommodate for new weight category changes
  • Was one of only three 1996 senior level 105.5 lbs wrestlers to grow enough to successfully make a transition into new weight categories
  • Modeled for 2.5 years from Steve Fraser, the first American to ever win an Olympic medal, the specific technique that won him the Gold at the 1984 Olympics
  • Developed the most consistent and dominating headlock in the United States (Video)
  • 2000 Top 10 – U.S. National Championships
  • 2000 Central Regional Olympic Trials Champion (Tulsa, OK) (Video)
  • 2000 Eastern Regional Olympic Trials Silver Medalist (Brockport, NY)
  • Qualified for competition at Final U.S. Olympic Team Trials (Video)
  • 9th place U.S. - Final U.S. Olympic Team Trials (Greatest growth performance of the only three US wrestlers to successfully transition into new weight categories.)
  • Continued researching and developing life enhancement systems
  • Continued speaking on human potential (Video)

2000 - 2001

  • Evaluated gathered research data of 20USA00 from the previous Olympic cycle
  • Assessed continuation feasibility and defined continuation criteria
  • MADE NEW COMMITMENT TO BECOME OLYMPIAN
  • Developed a revolutionary strategic approach to guarantee success by design that became the CBD technology (Champion By Design)
  • Began creation of the Champion By Design Institute
  • Continued the original 20USA00 research study, re-cast as CBD2k4
  • Began process of creating perfect integrated living & training environment
  • Sought out and found perfect CBDI sanctuary environment property (Video)
  • Began the process of acquiring perfect environment property
  • Stopped process of acquiring property to do private relief work in New York after 911 (Video)
  • Continued speaking on human potential (Video)

2001 - 2002

  • Produced a 12 month documentary about life in the United States after 911(Video)
